Observation

There were slides in licensed outdoor program space and provider did not have documentation that ground cover met CPSC guidelines for impact resistance. There is a trampoline in the yard, separated by a child-resistant gate less than 48 inches high, that was accessible and not locked. Slides were located close to fencecs and buildings and did not have required fall zone space.
